Using this with Laxogenin. Have put on a good amount of muscle.

Too early to tell if I’m experiencing any benefits from this. No side effects.

I have been taking Epicatechin for approximately 3 months now. Initially i was unsure about it, but decided to give it a try, and im glad i did. I felt within a few weeks it has definitely helped my training sessions. I feel i have more energy, and strength too. I am 54 years old, 5 ft 2 inches and weigh 130lbs. I never did deadlifts, it was one exercise that never appealed to me, and one i thought was dominately for males. In February 2022 i asked one of my gym instructors to help me achieve a 1RM, I wanted to be able to lift 100kg, as i was getting stuck lifting over 90kg. I did my weekly training sessions until June, then tried it, i did it, and that gave me the drive and determination to keep going. As i said, i feel stronger taking Epicatechin, and only 2 weeks ago i was able to lift a 1 rep at 128kg, my goal is 130kg. I take 2 capsules daily, which is 300mg, with no side effects whatsoever. I have also noticed i have more muscle definition, especially my upper half, shoulders, triceps and biceps. If you are considering trying this product i would say definitely give it a go, i am really pleased with my results to date and will continue to keep taking it for a few more months
