Strength increased per lift by 15kg
Increased energy during gym sessions
Have this in line with l carnatine you will sweat
Muscle hardness and size has increased
I recommend taking them with breakfast first thing or if you’re an early morning lifter like myself take them after gym with food
Been off them for 2 weeks now, strength and appearance has stayed will be ordering this again soon
