I have taken creatine many times to assist with sports training. Now a little older I am taking 3g daily for its general health/cognitive benefits.
I decided to try this pre workout as i have been taking PR3 which is a great product.
I purchased the Summer Solstice flavour, it is pleasant, but prefer the PR3 Ultimate flavour. If the Frozen Blue Ice flavour is available, next time i order Kingslayer i will try it.
I take the pre-work before and during a deadlift session, and have hit my goals each time, feeling focused and determined.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone considering trying it.

After finishing up my Vasostim, i decided to try Vasopump as i work out early in the mornings and before work so the caffeine crash from some pre workouts make it difficult to keep going after my workout.
Vasopump, does the opposite, asides from making me incredibly locked in during workouts, my pumps have never looked better. Hitting PR's has been easier thanks to Vasopump and the lack of nausea from Vasopump is another plus. Will be purchasing again!

I took some time off from the gym and decided to start the winter training arc. I started with a half scoop for a week then a full scoop after that week and the pre-workout has been so great in getting back into my high-intensity lifts. It is not an overwhelming, full-body feeling like other pre-workouts leave you feeling, there is no severe crash from the pre-workout either! My heart rate isn't too elevated either so I am comfortable running on the pre-workout as well! I highly recommend this for beginners or long-time lifters, whatever your exercise is! Also the pump I have is nuts!
Great stuff, on my 3rd bottle. I had a testosterone test at my G.P clinic and it came back low. I had been feeling low energy and mood also a bit anxious. I started using this and withing around 6-8 weeks i started noticing a difference. I just had a follow up test and my testosterone has risen 3.7 points. Which takes it back into a normal range again. So if i stay like this i'll be happy. Hoping it will rise more. But im happy how it is now.
I used Shilajt before, but another brand and I was impressed by the results, but this goes above and beyond. Feeling generally better and stronger. Also, my muscles are feeling tighter, like when using PCT or Aromastase inibithor
Certainly the top pr3 and pump supps I've used the company, branding and delivery is on point. Customer service is reliable. Good flavour compared with other brands the powder is easily dissolved without clumps and gritty texture. An excellent boost and consistent release during training without the burnout feeling after. Individually both have great benefits. I'd recommend combining with vasopump leaves your gains looking swole.
Im going to order it now and if it does work well i will be consistent buyer i know it won't work without proper diet so i know what im doing, like other Ecdysterones like on amazon is tays 1200mg Ecdysterone and it's cheaper than this one - i tried the one from amazon before i think i felt it - more strength and better recovery i think , but i don't believe there is actuall 1200mg Ecdysterone like many videos says - some of product not contained any Ecdysterone at all just a lie on the bottle - as this doesn't sound to much like another one with 1200mg so i will give it a try hoping its have a proper amount of active Ecdysterone

I've had Ashwagandha from Holland and Barret before and it made me less stressed yes but almost unhealthily zoned-out. This was likely due to low quality? I've bought it from here ever since, it smells and looks far better and I had faar 'cleaner' effects. It definitely lowers your response to stress emotionally/mentally. I took it again after terrible anxiety and it was probably 1-2 weeks (usually reported 3-4weeks) I had good affects!

Best by far. Take this everyday and have week here and there off. The TMG that is inside actually sorted a lot of my issues out. I didn’t realise I couldn’t methylate nutrients until taking this. I went from 22 stone big watery mess to 18 stone and vainy . I had tried everything before only difference was this pre workout. Took a few months but once the weight started dropping it kept dropping. Feel like a new man. Please get back in stock!
