I generally wake up every 90mins when sleeping. I take 1 tablet with 1vit d tablet 30mins before sleeping - puts me asleep faster and keeps me asleep thought the night.

Used it 10x times, kept a record every night, has always worked every night.

Absolutely amazing.

This does help you to sleep, especially when u use a pre workout which u haven't fully used the energy up.

I only take 1 capsule when needed and works within 30mins, easy to consume, no dodgy taste.
Organic as well.

When use this, sleep throughout the night without waking up, when awaken no feel drained or even heavy head.

Great service, I ran into a few problems with delivery which was Royal Mails fault and Brendan at Pro Hormones was excellent at responding quickly and getting onto Royal Mail and also offering a different courier and re sending out the product. 0-1 no difference in first week but by the end fat loss side is taking shape but could be due to other supplements alongside

1-2 noticeable difference in muscle size strength has increased slightly, muscles are a lot harder sex drive is higher

2-3 noticeable increase in strength at least 10kg to bench/squats muscle definition is there been told I’m tensing allot when I’m not but when I do reaction changes

Fat loss is noticeable could be due to oxyshred and box-157
