It seems very good, unless I have the 'placebo' effect. I'm certainly slightly less anxious than before with taking just 2 tablets when need be

1-2 noticeable difference in muscle size strength has increased slightly, muscles are a lot harder sex drive is higher
2-3 noticeable increase in strength at least 10kg to bench/squats muscle definition is there been told I’m tensing allot when I’m not but when I do reaction changes
Fat loss is noticeable could be due to oxyshred and box-157

There’s no substitute for hard work and grinding out the sets and reps in the gym with intensity. However, I feel this product does help me on my journey. I do notice the difference with and without it.
