NTRL Health Co Magnesium Glycinate is unbuffered: magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, with no magnesium oxide added to bulk out the magnesium content. Each two-capsule serving provides 500mg of magnesium glycinate in a vegetable capsule shell.
