I’ve been using this product now for about a year. For the past 6 months have been stacking this with Shilajit. Has honestly made the biggest impact to my performance than any other supplement. Don’t get me wrong you still have to put in a ton of hard work of course and I found it took about a month to notice a real difference, but stick with it and you won’t regret it.

Generally disaapoint I'm now dosing x2 250 capsules and its not even doing a thing, I think the best produc I took was by train by jp compared to this, gutted

This is my fourth of fifth order now and have seen steady benefits over time. Took two a day for about 6 weeks to see real impact and now would not be without this Turkesterone in my daily supplements.

Honestly it’s hard to know how much these contribute to my gains however I really do seem to get an increase in performance.
Could be a placebo but i use them regardless
