This seems really good, I’ve only been on it for a week or two and I only take it on training days. It does increase vascularity in the gym and makes me feel more pumped, I’ve also felt leaner and grainier in the mornings although I’m not sure if it is to do with this. I bought the smallest tub to begin with but the effect it’s had has encouraged me to buy the bigger tub recently even though I’m nowhere near finished with the first yet.
Noticed difference in strength and a bit of size also have found that I have not had any side affects of any form not like when I tried the la muscle products
