German Pharma Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a bioflavonoid with an abundance of uses, most notably resveratrol shows promise for its cellular health properties, its ability to enhance lifespan and more recently for its ability to enhance the recovery process following physical exercise.  

Resveratrol can be taken by anyone looking to enhance their quality of life. 

Resveratrol is found in small quantities in red wine, grapes (particularly red grapes) and peanuts,  it is not made by the human body, therefore supplementing with Resveratrol is a good idea.

Most studies on Resveratrol are conducted around 150mg-300mg daily, we have dosed German Pharma Resveratrol at 300mg per capsule, 1 or 2 Capsules can be taken daily with food.
