SHIPPING INFO

All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday, we do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. All International orders are shipped with Royal Mail, DPD or your local carrier.

If your order is shipped with DPD they will no longer attempt to deliver your parcel more than once. After one missed/failed delivery they will return this to the nearest pickup/collection location.

International Customers

Prohormones are not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.

If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.

Next Working Day Delivery - £5.49 - Cutoff time is 2:00pm for Next Day Delivery and is only available to UK Customers.

Orders placed on Friday for Next Working Day Delivery before 2pm will be delivered on Monday

USPS Free Shipping - On Orders Over £100

Europe Delivery

Standard Shipping - 4-7 Working Days

Once you receive your tracking information, it can take 24 - 48 business hours for the tracking to update.

Order Processing

Orders are not processed on weekends or Public Holidays. Orders Processed on Friday before 2pm for Next Working Day Delivery will be delivered on the next working day, Monday. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.
