Epistan

Epistan is a Phosphatidic Acid which is a type of lipid, which can also be classified as an MTOR agonist.

Any supplement that positively affects or upregulates the MTOR pathway can be defined as being anabolic.

Greater activation of the MTOR pathway leads to augmented muscle protein synthesis, which is the process required for muscle repair and growth.

Ultimately, taking Phosphatidic Acid whilst following a resistance training regime will amplify your gains beyond that would occur without taking the supplement.

Supplements that provoke muscle growth to the extent of Phosphatidic Acid (PA) are usually accompanied by steroidal side effects, however PA is completely natural and safe, and is suitable for drug tested athletes and does not show up on any drug tests. 

Additionally, alongside Phosphatidic Acid's ability to boost muscle protein synthesis and improve lean body mass, it also has various beneficial side effects.

Anecdotal research suggests that PA helps to optimise hormonal levels and strengthen your immune system, which is essential for any active individual or athlete.

We advise running Epistan for 8-12 weeks at 500mg per day.

However, as this supplement is not androgenic and non-suppressive, and doesn't cause any negative side effects, it could be run indefinitely. 

Although, we do advise an 8-12 week cycle, with no post-cycle therapy (PCT) required.

It is strongly advised to take Phosphatidic Acid with food, as it is a lipid molecule itself.
