I bought this supplements based on research and then the reviews on this product. I was looking for a clean formula and good strength level, this one fitted the bill. I'm now a few weeks in and my body feels like it has calmed down. I'm estrogen dominant and in early stages of peri and my body had felt like it was screaming at me. But the peri symptoms have faded since starting this, I'm very interested to see where the next few weeks take me as per research, it's suggested to see full effects after 12 weeks for hormonal adjustment.
