I’ve been using this product now for about a year. For the past 6 months have been stacking this with Shilajit. Has honestly made the biggest impact to my performance than any other supplement. Don’t get me wrong you still have to put in a ton of hard work of course and I found it took about a month to notice a real difference, but stick with it and you won’t regret it.
