This is not a miracle supplement, you have to put the work in. I've been consistent in the gym and followed the directions for the supplement and have noticed a slight improvement in strength and maybe now it's in my system a slight improvement in size. I'm going to try it again in a couple of months when I've hopefully built up a bit more.
