3 weeks into my 12 week course. I take in the evening as I am cutting not bulking so keeps the huger at bay throughout the daytime! The main benefits Iโve noticed are deeper sleeps - Iโm gone as soon as my head hits the pillow intense dreaming all night and wake up feeling refreshed and faster recovery after workouts.
1 month use - Seems to improve my cardio training (turbo intervals), be interested to see the effects on longer endurance efforts. Not sure if any effect on weight training, however I have recently switched to strength focused over hypertrophy.
Good stuff , after a couple of weeks can notice effects in performance and general energy
