Pump is pre-workout for you.Pre Workout contains 1750mg of Creatine Nitrate which provides all the benefits of creatine with an added nitric oxide boost. The 1500mg dose of L-Taurine helps promote cognitive function and power output. Creatine Nitrate is included to help enhance performance by forcing the muscle to absorb more water, which also creates the pump effect. Pine Bark Extract increases blood flow and n02 level, by causing vasodilation. The vitamin C in Pump has been shown to fight fatigue and speed up recovery. Pink Himalayan Salt is also included as a potent electrolyte, keeping your body hydration, enabling optimal performance. Finally, a 20mg dose of Niacin is delivered with each scoop of Pump, delivering a pump and enhancing blood flow to working muscles.
