Pr3 Pump Pre workout can be taken at 1 scoop 20 minutes before training, for super intense training sessions, this dose can be increased to 2 scoops 20 minutes before training, do not exceed this dose.

Pr3 Ultimate Pre workout can be taken at 1 full scoop mixed in 8oz (240ml) water and consume 20 minutes before a workout.

Organic Ashwagandha can be taken on an empty stomach, but you can consume it alongside a small snack to avoid discomfort. It can be taken before bed as a natural sleep aid. Take 2 capsules daily.

Take 3 ZMA Capsules before bed.

Beta Ecdysterone can be taken at a dose of 2 capsules daily ( 500mg ) this is a high dose for this specific product so we do not recommend any more than this. The capsules can be taken together with food or before Exercise. To get the benefits from Beta Ecdysterone a longer 8-12 week cycle can be undertaken, truth be told this can be run year-round, but we feel it is best kept to cycles in the above number of weeks.
