Stimulated uses high doses of L-Citrulline and Beta-Alanine, and this is proven to enhance blood flow and combat fatigue (1, 2). L-Tyrosine and Alpha GPC combine to create a key element of Stimulated, these natural ingredients have been shown to boost cognitive function in demanding situations and increased endurance performance (3, 4). Stimulated can also boost performance due to delivering an effective dose of Theacrine, which has been shown to boost endurance capacity when combined with caffeine, whilst also reducing the crash associated with pre-workouts (5). One incredibly rare and fascinating ingredient in Stimulated is Kanna (Skeletium Tortosum), this traditional south african medicinal herb has been shown to significantly enhance mood and reduce stress (6).

 The most essential ingredient in all stimulant based pre-workouts is caffeine. Stimulated contains 250mg of caffeine, which will support increased energy and performance.
