Returns Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

  • Please note:

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or a mistake in regards to your order has been made on our part. 

  5. Please note although we send goods worldwide it is the customer responsibilty to check your countries laws to ensure the purchased products are allowed into your country, whilst every product we sell is legal in the UK, some products may be deemed illegal or not fit to pass customs in other countries.

Release of Liability

By viewing or purchasing products on this website you are agreeing to relieve the website owner, product manufacturer, or anyone associated with any product sold or information found on this website of any financial or legal liability claims. You forfeit all rights to sue for any type of damages because you are acknowledging that performance enhancing dietary supplements, Pro Hormones or anything else found on this website might have negative side effects that are or are not known about or disclosed.

Pro-hormones can have serious side effects on those under 21 years of age. We will not sell any products found on this website to anyone under the age of 18 years old and we caution those between 18-21 years of age on their use. Your health is your own responsibility and we will not be held liable for you attempting to order or use these products under age 21. We will cancel any order we believe to be made by anyone under 18 years of age and enact a ban on future orders. We offer no refunds and accept no liability should these terms be breached.

 

UNITED KINGDOM: UNDER £100 AND UNDER 2KG

Orders under £100 and under 2kg in weight are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail 1st Class aim to deliver in 1-3 working days. During the holiday periods and Bank Holidays, Royal Mail 1st Class delivery may take longer. Should your parcel take longer than 3 working days from the day it is dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for a mistake on Royal Mail's behalf. We ask your patience and to be understanding as it is not an uncommon occurrence for it to take longer that advertised. Royal Mail state "Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class and Royal Mail Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date." Once 15 working days have expired and you have still not received your order, you can contact us for an arrangement.

We uphold this policy because we as a business must await this period before we can claim compensation back for the items lost.

There is no tracking service for Royal Mail 1st Class.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address, it is not our responsibility nor obligation to issue a refund once the order has been dispatched. Please double check your delivery address when placing an order. If the error is due to our end, we will gladly refund you.

UNITED KINGDOM: OVER £100 OR OVER 2KG

Orders over £100 or over 2kg in weight are dispatched via Royal Mail or Interlink Express courier.  If the order is over £100 but under the 2kg weight limit it will be sent via Royal Mail on a special delivery which will guarantee the item to be with you within 24 hours of postage. However if your order is over the 2kg weight limit it has to be sent via Interlink Express. As soon as your order leaves us via Interlink Express you are automatically emailed your tracking information and given a one hour delivery time slot.  This ensures you are kept up to date on when your order will arrive, you are also given the option to change this delivery time and date to suit you. 

It is your responsibility to make sure someone is in to receive your order. If you know no one will be in, please leave special instructions upon your order notes or contact us to nominate a secure location. If your order gets stolen due to following your instructions (i.e. leave in garden), it is neither our responsibility nor obligation to issue you a refund. If someone at your delivery address signs for your order, they have legally accepted responsibility for its delivery and safety. Once that has happened, we are no longer responsible nor obligated to issue a refund if you do not receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL:

Orders under £100 and under 2kg in weight are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within the 7-15 working days. During the holiday periods and Bank Holidays or due to customs clearance, Royal Mail Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery may take longer. Should your parcel take longer than 3 working days from the day it is dispatched, we can not be held responsible for a mistake on Royal Mail's behalf. We ask your patience and to be understanding as it is not an uncommon occurance for it to take longer that advertised. Royal Mail state "We cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items posted to the rest of the world) have passed since the item was due to be delivered." Once your waiting period has expired and you have still not received your order, you can contact us for an arrangement.

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed tracking details are available upon request. Once the item has left the United Kingdom, you can track its journey from overseas, on the relevant postal authorities' website. 

It is your responsibility to make sure what you order is legal to import in your country. We will not accept responsibility nor are obligated to issue you a refund or recreate your order if it is confiscated by customs. Furthermore certain compounds on this website may be banned by governing bodies & organisations including employment & sporting. We cannot accept any responsibility for any negative outcomes of testing via said organisations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you, or a nominated third party is available to take delivery. If delivery is attempted without success and the package is subsequently lost, no refunds or reship will be offered. If the package is left in a nominated "safe place" and subsequently lost/stolen, it is your responsibility and no refunds or reship will be offered. If someone at your delivery address signs for your order, they have legally accepted responsibility for its delivery and safety. Once that has happened, we are no longer responsible nor obligated to issue a refund if you do not receive your order.

Due to certain restrictions, if you live outside of Europe, please contact us to confirm your order has been approved for dispatch. Under certain circumstances, your order may be cancelled and a refund issued without warning.

It is your responsibility to make sure what you order is legal to import in your country. We will not accept responsibility nor are obligated to issue you a refund or recreate your order if it is confiscated by customs. There are 196 countries in the world and to expect us to know the importation laws of each is illogical.
